Bolenz & Schaefer Pressure Intensifiers

Bolenz & Schaefer manufactures a complete range of pressure intensifiers including electro-hydraulic, electro-pneumatic and electro-mechanical pressure intensifiers used to increase the pressure of liquids and gases.

The Bolenz & Schaefer pressure intensifiers can be supplied from .1 liter to 500 liters and for delivered pressures up to 4,000 bar (58,000 psi), and can be supplied as both single acting and double acting units. They can ensure, for instance, high product quality in casting applications, and provide the necessary system pressure for forming processes and testing equipment.

The Bolenz & Schaefer electro-mechanical intensifiers consist essentially of a servomotor with a gear drive and a hydraulic piston. They are available with 500, 1500, to 4000 bar pressure intensifications, for use with clear water, HFA, or mineral oils, with stroke volumes from 0.5 liters to 2.5 liters.

Bolenz & Schaefer Railway Hydraulics

Bolenz & Schaefer supplies complete energy efficient hydraulic systems for the operation of rail vehicles and the discharge of all kinds of bulk materials. The Bolenz & Schaefer railway hydraulic systems are completely self sufficient and do not require any external energy source.

These railway hydraulic systems consist of a wheel driven hydraulic pump, a Bolenz & Schaefer piston accumulator for energy storage, and hydraulic actuators, whether hydraulic cylinders or hydraulic motors, used to actuate the gates, flaps, or turning mechanisms.

The Bolenz & Schaefer railway units are complete with all necessary piping, reservoirs, mechanical controls, as required.
